Saudis who are in different countries will be allowed to fly back under a special dispensation from the Saudi authorities, between March 12 to 15, 2020.
Several reports state that Emirates, the Dubai-based airline will operate selected flights to Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam so that those who wish to return can do so before more containment takes place as an effort to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak.
