BREAKING: According to reports, United Arab Emirates announced on Tuesday that it has formed a new economic and military partnership group with Saudi Arabia- and it excludes the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has not confirmed or reported the news yet, however The Associated Press confirms that the Emirati Foreign Ministry announced that the new committee was approved by UAE’s president Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
What does this mean for the rest of the GCC?
Many tweeps on Twitter are confused on the matter, since not a lot of detail has been announced yet.
Some anticipate what’s to come and are optimistic
Some are curious as to how this will affect or impact the GCC
Wonder how that would impact the the club.
